Said it once I'll Say it again
Zillow has just started listing properties for free. The San Francisco Association of Realtors has just tightened its grip on its technologically inferior MLS. Times are changing.
I've been investing in real estate for 10 years. My focus is on multi-unit residential and mixed use properties. I focus in the San Francisco and Bakesrfield markets. I have considerable expertise in property management, finding ways of adding value to properties and the financial analysis of properties. I'm currently looking for investors who are actively looking to purchase properties
